Welcome to pk1job. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk1job ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk1job website located at pk1job.cam and all related services, products, and features offered therein.

pk1job is an online sports betting and casino platform designed for adult users. The platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and other sports — alongside casino games such as slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win products, with transactions conducted primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the pk1job platform. By accessing pk1job, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pk1job website at pk1job.cam and all associated services, applications, and features.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or as triggered by platform compliance thresholds.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful or restricted.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL game, ICC fixture, football match, UFC bout, or other athletic contest on which betting markets are offered.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity that operates the underlying gambling software and holds relevant gaming licenses for the Platform's services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency supported on the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User may restrict or suspend their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the Platform, clicking any registration button, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform.

These Terms take effect from the moment of your first access to the Platform and remain in full force until your Account is permanently closed or these Terms are superseded by a revised version. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you are accessing pk1job on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" apply equally to that party.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on pk1job, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party for the purpose of placing bets or accessing gambling services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of pk1job or the Operator, in any capacity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

To access betting markets and casino products on pk1job, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified pk1job of a security breach in writing without undue delay.

pk1job reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or participation from a Prohibited Territory.

pk1job applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with the Operator's compliance obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, when an Account reaches specified transaction thresholds, or at any time the Platform deems verification necessary for compliance or security purposes.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, or bank statement)
• Source of funds declaration where required by applicable compliance policies

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pk1job reserves the right to freeze Account balances pending completion of verification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

pk1job aims to support PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and certain cryptocurrency options. The actual availability of any payment method at any given time is subject to operator agreements, technical availability, and applicable regulations, and cannot be guaranteed.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified method in the User's name, in order to prevent money laundering.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Crypto withdrawals may be processed faster than bank transfer methods. PKR 1,000 is the illustrative minimum deposit figure for reference only — actual limits are displayed on the Platform.
• pk1job is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network congestion on blockchain networks.
• Deposits must come from a payment source owned and controlled by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

pk1job may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, and to the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. New user bonuses are restricted to one per person, household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, though specific figures are set per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus or unmet wagering requirement after the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• pk1job reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through coordinated betting, hedging, or creating multiple accounts — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements (e.g., slots at 100%, live casino at a lower rate). Game contribution rates are displayed within each promotion's terms.

All bets placed on pk1job are subject to the Platform's sporting and casino rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for the market or game in question.

• Bets are not accepted from Users under the minimum eligible age. All bets placed by ineligible Users will be void and any associated funds forfeited.
• pk1job reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including manifest errors ("palpable errors") where odds were clearly incorrect.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's specific sporting rules, which are published separately.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and User. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets and may be adjusted without prior notice for individual Users.
• For cricket markets including PSL, T20 Internationals, and ICC tournaments: DLS method adjustments, weather interruptions, and match results as determined by the relevant cricket board govern bet settlement.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at any time without notice during a sporting event.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer operations. Results are final once the game round is complete.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk1job and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to place bets or trigger payouts that would not otherwise be possible.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at Platform staff or other Users.

All content on the pk1job Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of pk1job or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from pk1job.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the pk1job Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pk1job collects personal data necessary for Account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, responsible gambling monitoring, and platform improvement. pk1job is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible within the Account settings and are designed to be easy to activate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk1job, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

pk1job does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pk1job reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, use of the Platform from a Prohibited Territory, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform, its users, or the integrity of games and sporting events.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining — after deducting applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation — will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the pk1job support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or pending withdrawal requests.

pk1job reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 15.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their use of the Platform. pk1job does not represent that the use of its services is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users assume full legal responsibility for their own compliance with applicable local laws.
